Rachel’s Reflexology Clinic provides Reflexology Treatments. Treatments are carried out in accordance with the Association of Reflexology’s (AoR) Code of Conduct.

Medical Information: for the purposes of providing treatment, Rachel’s Reflexology Clinic may require detailed medical information. When you visit the practice, I will make notes which may include details concerning your medication, treatment and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in your treatment. To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of any treatment that you give your explicit consent to allow Rachel’s Reflexology Clinic to document and process your personal medical data.

As we hold Sensitive Personal data (i.e. Health Related Information) the Additional Condition under which we hold and use this information is: for us to fulfil our role as a Health Care Practitioner bound under the AoR Confidentiality as defined in the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.

Marketing Information: Rachel’s Reflexology Clinic (RRC) may also use the contact details provided by you to respond to your enquiries, including making telephone contact or emailing information to you which I believe may be of interest to you. From time to time RRC may contact you with special offers and promotions (from which you may unsubscribe from at any time). In making initial contact with the practice you consent to RRC maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any time) or I decide to desist in promoting RRC services. You can ask to be removed from our marketing database by emailing or phoning the practice using the contact details provided.
